Chevron scarf

Since the weather turned, I have got back into that good ol' winter pastime of knitting! I picked up this gorgeous hand-dyed sock yarn in The Lancaster Yarn Shop, Intercourse, PA. They were so friendly and helpful and supplied a free pattern for the scarf. I can't wait to go back!!

  1. I love it. Is it like a tube you pull over your head?

  2. Yes- it's knitted on circular needles. Such an easy pattern. I'll email you the instructions if you like. X I think it works best with multitonal wool, so that you get the striped effect.

  3. It does look very cool; I am attempting my first ever knitting on 4 needles! It’s a hat from Stitch and Bitch and I have only cast on and knitted one row and I am hoping it will become clearer as I go.

  4. Ha ha! I have never knitted like that- I'd be too frightened it'd all fall off the end! Good luck with it!
